Patriots Show Heart But Come Up Short (4/28/2007) - Yarmouth High School 7 at Patriots 3

With Matt Moberg at the plate in the bottom of the sixth inning, Joe Billings scored on wild pitch after reaching base on line drive triple to right field. Later in the at bat, Moberg was awarded first base on a catchers interference call. Peter Clement was then hit by a pitch putting runners on first and second base with no outs. After a double-steal by Moberg and Clement, Lucas Chase promptly lined a base hit up the middle, collecting two RBIs and putting the Patriots within striking distance.

Ultimately, the Patriots could not catch the Clippers, losing seven to three.
