The patriots scored early, but couldn't hang on as the Poland Knights rallied for the win. GNG opened the scoring in the 1st. Owen Chaplin and Lucas Chase singled and Trevor McCutcheon walked to load the bases. The Patriots scored two runs on a fielders choice and a wild pitch. GNG Took a 4-1 lead after Jesse Orday tripled to right field and later scored. Poland battled back, they tied the game in the 5th and took the lead in the 6th with the help of 3 Patriot errors. Taylor Valente pitched well for GNG giving up 2 earned runs in 5 1/3 innings of work.
